AdBlock - block ads on iPhone App Reviews

Your app claims it doesnt put data through the VPN, if that is the case... why do you need us to have a VPN profile? It also isnt performing well, it works a bit then just doesnt block anything. Once the app is improved Ill change my rating, for now.... its a thumbs down ?.

Very nice

Nice app to take back your screen space. Most annoying are the ads that pop up on Facebook and other sites for products that I searched for and have purchased. A few slip through and some ads are now just a blank space with the word "advertisement" in small print. Overall a five star app.

This doesnt block ads anymore...please fix! This was a phenomenal app until this last update. Does not work for iPhone 7 now.

I regret downloading this app its ineffective still see ads & its completely useless.

Yet it doesnt work! Bunch of ads still even just browsing safari, pushing me to different websites and not loading , popping out new tabs. What the heck and i dont it constantly works as well every time i get on the app to check if its working yet it just reloads and tells me its on now. Omg is this even going to work

Tried re installing, switching on and off, switching VPN on and off but nothing. Just doesnt work like it used too unfortunately

I purchased this app simply because of the amount of reviews. Coming to find out that its not blocking ads in free games or other apps as you state. Refund! VPN based ad blockers are being removed from the App Store eventually, and I cant wait until that happens.

Theres a reason this app is on sale. This app is on its way to the graves. Apple have announced they will disallow VPN based ad blocker starting from iOS 11 (September 2017). It was great while lasted.

This app is great when it works. Recently it has been disabling itself at random. Sometimes all it takes is re-opening the app, but occasionally Ill have to switch it back on as well. This app is easily 5 stars if the dev can fix this issue.

I tried this app on the Youtube and Crunchyroll app (not in the browser). Unfortunately, ads are still popping out.

Recent Update adds the full functionality of the VPN connection, which the App says will result in improved adblocking. But the VPN connection keeps disconnecting, which renders the app completely useless unless i manually activate it by opening the app. Insult to injury is that it does it several times a day, so i need to open the app all the time just to keep this app running. Soon i will delete this app until a update appears, so anybody should hold from buying this app unless they fix this issue.

Now it wants to install a VPN profile and upon doing so it states the VPN profile is invalid??? Previously there was no profile to install for this app but the sister app required one. I toggled the VPN indicator on and off without change. No longer working as designed. I really dont want to delete my iCloud custom profiles and start over either. Also: my battery life has been suffering lately. I dont have enough facts to blame the issue on this app but I am concerned whether the change to VPN profile is simply providing more transparency or causing the drain. Whatever the issue the VPN is inconsistent in how it doesnt remain activated when changing between various communication modes (wifi to cell and back) or possibly after device sleeps for several hours it seems to become disabled.

Bought this so I can watch cartoons on my phone without having to carefully close 50 ads first. Works perfectly!! So worth the price.

I download this app to block ads. I opened and app and up pops the ad I want blocked. VERY disappointed.
