AdBlock - block ads on iPhone App Reviews

This app was working great for probabaly a couple of years. Then develper pushed out version 3.0 and completely broke compatibility with OpenVPN. if you use OpenVPN, do not update or buy version 3.0. so frustrating when developers carelessly push out updates without testing. also, I wouldnt expect a reply from the developer either. // 3.0.1 is still broken. too bad this is the last version. worked great.

My phone is now twice as slow, and hot enough to fry an egg on. All these crooks are doing is uploading spyware on your phones.

Will you update this version with v4.0 or make it a brand new app? Please dont forget to add white list i can not use some of my shopping sites because they are blocked, wish i could just add them to white list.

This app does nothing. What a waste.

When I got the app originally it seemed to work fine. I couldnt figure out why I kept getting ads occasionally until I discovered you have to reenable it every time it updates. Kinda counterintuitive functionality if you ask me.

Last update completely non functional and just hangs when starting. What a joke, just paid for this hoping they would fix the cellular blocking and now its completely useless.

A thing. Its my most useful app. Taking away any functionality would be heartbreaking. Put any new functionality into a new and different app, please.

Since the new update the ads are no longer being blocked.

I love this app. Anytime I see an ad show up I copy the internet address and paste it into AdBlock under add a domain, add a subgroup. Save changes. Then I refresh the page I was originally on and the ad is gone. Absolutely love it. It works for static ads, commercials, and those annoying, "free Amazon gift card" pop ups. All my favorite sites are ad free.

Works well. My only complaints is that it doesnt block the youtube app ads(which is hard to do in itself).

Can we please have the old AdBlock back! This is literally the only good AdBlock app and the new update has ruined it. Hasnt even been updated afterwards for a while. Can we please have a bug fix update or revert back to the old system? Im so disappointed this doesnt work anymore.

This app made me review it 5 stars in some preconfigured thing so Im actively giving it a lower review to prevent this scam. It also doesnt seem to do anything or have any effect as it claims to

It works good, blocks most ads. Only ad that has slipped by is a video ad in this one app.

It works great. Just as it says it blocks annoying ads global wise in all my apps so far. Im very happy with it. Just 2 concerns: 1. Its using VPN for the ad blocking. What if Im in a situation that I need to connect to my own VPN? Can I still use this app to block ads? 2. Is it true that Apple is going to disallow ads blocking thru VPN in the upcoming September (only about 20 days as we are speaking)? I just bought the app. I want to know if this is a long term reliable solution. Thanks dirt the wonderful work developers. You guys deserve a big thumb up?
