Works great

It works great. Just as it says it blocks annoying ads global wise in all my apps so far. Im very happy with it. Just 2 concerns:
1. Its using VPN for the ad blocking. What if Im in a situation that I need to connect to my own VPN? Can I still use this app to block ads?
2. Is it true that Apple is going to disallow ads blocking thru VPN in the upcoming September (only about 20 days as we are speaking)? I just bought the app. I want to know if this is a long term reliable solution.
