AdBlock - block ads on iPhone App Reviews

What the heck. It claims that it works on all apps, but it doesnt. It does not work on the Google all which is the app I use most!

brilliant! works as expected; blocks ads, trackers, and other nuances from apps on both cellular and wifi network. kudos and keep up the good work!

Just loaded it and it worked instantly! Got rid of trackers and other ads. If it calls for an upgrade I will happily purchase.

I bought this app with high hopes and ended up regretting my decision. It doesnt even block American ads. The main reason I bought it was because it blocks video ads. Now I, know this doesnt mean YouTube ads. But most games or safari pages are. Complete waste of hard earned money! I want a refund!

After much frustration with ads in apps I found this app and it works great.

Okay, Ive have had a couple other ad blockers in the past, some which were good but removed from the App Store, and this one is BY FAR the best. This doesnt do sneaky behind the scenes things that some apps do like try and route your traffic through their servers so they can read or save that data. At first it wasnt working, but their is excellent customer service and I realized it was on my end; it didnt populate and update the blocked domains. It took a couple exits and starts to the app and restarting the phone. It blocks ads in games, other apps, and even Spotify!!!!! You CANNOT beat this app, its the best one out take it while its here!

Hey 9.3 was released today and it breaks compatibility with this app. When my iPhone and iPad are loading webpages if it contains an ad server normally blocked by Adblock, the whole page fails to load or worse it just tries to redirect me to the ad that just spins and spins trying to load but it doesnt time out. Before it used to say cannot connect to server but now it just spins. Please fix this!!

9.3 breaks compatibility with the app, it causes some webpages to not load or worse it even allows connections to ads that I know are supposed to be blocked. Please fix!

Ive been using this app for a while, and it does indeed do a FANTASTIC job of blocking all kinds of ads in nearly every application. However I have noticed one drawback. Anytime I want to download an app, it takes fooooorever with this running. If I turn it off (and sometimes have to restart my phone) downloads work just fine and then I can flip it back on. This may be a new issue with the brand new iOS 9.3 (which I am currently on when writing this) but none the less its annoying. Im sure therell be an update soon but in the meantime, take note that downloads of even simple applications may take an hour or more.

VPN doesnt load properly and ads arent being blocked. Running on iPhone 6S Plus 9.2.1

Works as advertised and paired with their other app Weblock you are virtually ad-free on your iOS device IN EVERY APP OJ YIUR PHONE. No, I am not affiliated with the company. I am just a happy, ad-free user who wants to see these developers succeed. If you decided to buy, please consider leaving an honest review as I know personally it helps the developers (especially indie developers) out immensely. Do yourself a favor and buy this and their other app, Weblock.

Awesome app, but its no longer working on iOS 9.3. It stops the whole pages from loading and causes apps to think there isnt any internet connection.

This app paired with their other one - Weblock - makes for a great ad-free experience in every app on your phone. Weblock uses a little bit different way of blocking ads that this one doesnt use. Specifically, the other one works when you are connected to Wi-Fi, while this one does not. With the two of them though, youre set. Had a couple issues that I email the developer about and a quick fix was released an update to the app store. Problem solved. I highly recommend this app, and once you buy it, please come back in here and leave your own review so that more people can see this great app. Btw - I am not affiliated anyway with this app or the developer. Im simply a very happy customer who wishes an ad-free life for everyone. :)

This app does not work. It does not block any YouTube advertisements and thats all I care about thats the whole reason I bought this because it said the block ads on other apps to. It does not

This app is amazing! Blocks pretty much every ad on every app! Anyone who has an iPhone needs this app! Thank you!
