One major drawback

Ive been using this app for a while, and it does indeed do a FANTASTIC job of blocking all kinds of ads in nearly every application. However I have noticed one drawback. Anytime I want to download an app, it takes fooooorever with this running. If I turn it off (and sometimes have to restart my phone) downloads work just fine and then I can flip it back on.

This may be a new issue with the brand new iOS 9.3 (which I am currently on when writing this) but none the less its annoying. Im sure therell be an update soon but in the meantime, take note that downloads of even simple applications may take an hour or more.
