The app seems to work when it is enabled. Unfortunately, it usually isnt. It disables itself a few times a day in the background and I have to manually restart it. This removed most of the usefulness and makes it a headache.
Im in contact with their support team, and they say they are working on it and have asked for troubleshooting info. This is good, but they havent been especially helpful about the fact that, at present, I have a non-functional ad blocker. Im happy to provide some troubleshooting info but engaging in a protracted process involving sending followup emails to fix this is what I paid them a few bucks to avoid doing.
Giving 2 stars for now because it seems like theyre working to fix it. But more generous customer support would be nice. They didnt really respond to my asking for a refund if they couldnt get it to work (and this problem has persisted for a few weeks).
