Works over cellular

I use this when Im on mobile data and I use Weblock while on WiFi.

It appears to be doing a good job. Slightly annoying that you have to open the app to update the ad lists, but I guess theres no other way it could be done.

Would like to be able to set up more customized filters like in Weblock. An image blocking option would be nice too.

Other than that, its great. Saves a great deal of mobile data.
